In every story told in Escape, the Players face a great crisis that they need to avert. Different events can occur during their loops and effect the environment and the outcome of each loop. Only if they find the perfect loop, the players can avert the catastrophe and save themselves and their friends.

To escape, the game, the group must face decisions that cost time points. Once their time points are used up, the game starts over – only collected information may be kept! They can be combined to solve puzzles and other obstacles. The group wins as soon as it breaks the time loop with a perfect run. Every decision they make during a loop affects the outcome and changes environmental parameters. You could for example disable gravity for one loop, which allows you to move a heavy object in front of a server room with critical information in it. And the next loop, you burn down the same room to trap a monster that is hunting you. Everything changes and nothing is for sure, but you can try again and again.
